At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for
the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment
on Thursday the sixteenth day of September in the thirtieth Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc before Thomas Lane< no role >
George Errington< no role > Jacob Harvey< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . and others their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid
and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed
in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Bridget otherwise St. Bride in the City of London against an Order under
the Hands and Seals of William Timbrell< no role > and Samuel Thresher< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx
(one of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty first day of July last whereby Elizabeth Morgan< no role >
Widow of John Morgan< no role > was removed from the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square in the Liberty and County aforesaid to the said Parish of St. Bridget otherwise Saint
Bride as the Place of her last legal Settlement And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Mr. Lane of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square and also by Mr. Serjeant Hayward
of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Bridget otherwise St. Bride This Court doth disallow of the said Appeal and
doth ratify and confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the
Peace and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed accordingly
