aged Seven Years & a half & upward and

aged three Years & upward were removed
from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the County of
Middlesex
to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the said County as the place
of their last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
think themselves Aggrieved and appeal to this Court Against
the same
Your Petitioner therefore Humbly Pray
this Court will Please to appoint a time
for hearing & determining the siad Appeal
and that all Persons concerned May then
Attend.
