was Present and did See the Annexed General Release
duly Executed by Richard Chamberlain< no role > the Prosecutor in
this Cause (Purporting to be a General Release from
the said Richard Chamberlain< no role > to John Robinson< no role > the deft.)
And this Deponent Saith that the Names Samuel
Price< no role > and John Berrie the Subscribing Witnesses
thereto are of the Proper hands Writing of this Deponent
