This Informt. Simon Prish< no role > of Swan Alley White Cross Street
St Luke in the sd County Vict being duly Swan Saith that
he knew William Lewis< no role > Williams and Sarah< no role > his Wife
that he has this day seen the Body of the deced lying in Goal
Alley , and that he verily believes her to be one and the same
person who went for the Wife of the said William Lewis< no role >
Williams, that they formerly lodged at this Informts House
and on Account of his the sd Williams's Ill treatmt. and frequently beating his
said Wife and creating Disturbances in this Depts. House
he obliged them to remove.

Severally Sworn this 3d day of April
1755. before me.

on the Body of Sarah< no role > the Wife of William Lewis< no role > Williams deced

Thomas Godman< no role > of Old Street in the Parish of Saint
Luke in the County of Middx Surgeon maketh Oath and
Saith that he hath examined the Body of the deced and believes
the Blows were the Cause of her death and that the same
withmight have been done with a pair of Bellows or such
Instrument.
