Take notice that I will appear at the General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex by Adjournment
on Tuesday next being the Third day of December 1754 . at Eleven
of the Clock in the forenoon, And will then and there Try the
Traverse of the Indictment by you prefer'd against me for
an Assault dated 29 November 1754 .
