has this Day found Sufficient Sureties before me
One of HisMajesty's Justices of the Peace for the
saidCity & Libertyfor his
Personal Appearance at the nextGeneral
Sessions of the PeaceOyer & Terminerto be holdenat Hicks Hall in
St. John Street for the saidCounty of Middlesex
then and there toAppear and plead to an
Indictment found agst. the said Thomas for keeping a Commonill Governed
and disorderly halfe at the Parish of St Mary Matfellon otherwise
White Chappel in the said County, As Appears to me by Certificate from
James Waller< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the Peace of Middlesex Dated the 14th. Day
January 1755
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to charge
and command you, and every of you, immediately on
Sight hereof not to Arrest, Imprison, Molest, or any
otherwise detain the Body of the saidThomas
for by Reason or Means
of the Fact above-mentioned, and no other; And this
shall be to you, each and every of you, a Sufficient
Warrant. Given undermyHand and Seal this
15thDay ofJanuaryin the Year of
our Lord 1755 .
