the Defendant in
the above Cause maketh Oath that he [..] this Deponent
and the above prosecutrix Anne Mullone about four
Months ago had a meeting together as one Mr
William Towell< no role >
's who keeps a publick house
in
Spittlefield markett
and then and there did sign
seal and Execute General Releases to Each other
And this Deponent further saith that the said Mr.
William Towell< no role >
one of his Deponents Bail acquainted
him he had received a paper to withdraw his Deponents
Recognizances upon which this Deponent search'd in
his Defts for the said Release and not friday it made
End Strict Inquiry of his Apprentice Boy it he had
seen any such paper Writing who Informed this
Deponent that the maid Servant had lighted the Fire
will some papers she took out of the Defts
