At the General Quarter session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden for
the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornmt:
one Friday the eigtheenth day of January in the twenty seventh year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc before Luke
Robinson
< no role > George Errington< no role > John Dekewer< no role > William withers< no role > Walter Berry< no role > Esquires
and other their Fellows [..] Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep
the peace in the county aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdeeds comitted in the same county

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor
of the Parish of New Windsor in the County of Berks agt. an Order under the
hands and Seals of Robert Paul< no role > and Philip Dyot< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (one whereof being of the
quorum) bearing date the thirtieth day of November 1753selling forth
whereby Mary Foster< no role > Wido. was removed from the Liberty of Saffron
hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the said county of Middx to the said.
parish of New Windsor in the said county of Berks as the place of her last
legal settlement And upon hearing of Mr. Serjeant Hayward of councel for
[..] the said appellants This Court by Consent ofcounselMr.
Lawson of Councel for the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of the
said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden andthereEly Rents doth allow of
the said appeal and doth vacate and discharge the aforesaid Order of
Removal and the same is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly
