said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also to
hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the
same County.
Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Feltham
in the County of Middx
against an Order under the hands and
Seals of the right honble George Earl< no role >
of Kinnoull
and John Goodchild< no role >
Esquire
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty ninth day of September last whereby
Sarah Smith< no role >
who was like to become chargeable to the parish of East Bedfant
in
the said County was removed from the said parish of East Bedfant to the said
parish of Feltham
as the place of her last legal Settlement And upon hearing of
what was allledged by Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Councel for the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Feltham
This Court by Consent of Mr.
Lawson of Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of East Bedfont
doth allow of the said appeal and doth vacate and discharge the
aforesaid Order of Removal and the same is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly
And this Court doth Order that the Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
Feltham
do forthwith convey and deliver the said Sarah Smith< no role >
to the Churchwdns
and Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of East Bedfont
or one of them with a
Copy of this Order who are hereby required to receive the said Sarah Smith< no role >
into
their Care and to provide for her as for other Poor at the Charge of the Inhabitants
of the said parish of East Bedfont
untill they can free themselves form the
Charge thereof by due Course of Law.
