General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the said County of Middx in the Month of October last was by an Order
then made and by a subsequent Order made at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace holden
for the same County by adjournment on Monday the nineteenth day of February last adjourned
untill this present General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the County aforesaid and
the said Appeal was appointed to be heard on this present (Wednesday the second day of May
instant) And upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Councel for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor the said Parish of St. Pancras
and also by Mr.
Lawson of Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Gregory
by Saint Pauls
This Court doth disallow of the said Appeal and doth ratify and confirm the
aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same is hereby ratifyed and
confirmed accordingly.
