and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.
Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kensington
in the County
of Middx have exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court Setting forth That by an
Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands And seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for
the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the second day of March One thousand
seven hundred and fifty three

aged almost three years and one Male Child aged nine days were
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the said County into the said Parish
of Kensington
as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said James Rose< no role >

and their said Children And that the Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said
Order or Pass Warrant do humbly appeal to this Court against the same Whereupon of the
request of the Petitioners It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be
saved unto them And that the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby
adjourned untill the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County And that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
(upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons concerned do attend the Court of the said next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County by Adjournment on Thursday
the Seventh. day of June next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of the same Court touching the said Appeal.
