That he was present on Saturday the Sixth Day of this

and then heard

give Information to the said Justice against

for a Robery Committed &
by them in Company with the said John Barber< no role >
on the
31st. of December last at the Parish of White Chapple

his Hat & Wig
Holland further Says that William Tims< no role >
a Watchman

was likewise at the Same Time Examined by the Said
Justice touching the Said Robery and the said Tims
then gave Evidence That as he the Said Wm. Tims< no role >
was
going along very near where the Robery was Committed
he heard Murder cryed out and that thereupon he
immediately laid hold of the said John Barber< no role >
and took him
to the Watchhouse & the next Morning Carried him before
the said Justice who then admitted the said John Barber< no role >
an Evidence

to prosecute the said Briant & Robinson at
this present Sess for the said Robery
