The Humble Petition and Prayer of

Sheweth.

That on the Twenty Ninth day of December last
year petitioner was Committed to New prison in the County of
Middlesex for Assaulting and Ravishing Rebecca
Haslehurst< no role > . against her Consent. and your petitioner now
is a prisoner confined in Newgate under the Same Charge.

Your petitioner therefore most Humbly
prays That at this present Session of
Gaol Delivery of Newgate holden for the
City of London and County of Middlesex
he may be Tryed, Bailed or Discharged
pursuant to the Statute in that Case
Made and provided.

And your petitioner shall pray Etc.
