Sovereign Lord the King held at Hicks' Hall
in Saint John Street in and for the County
of Middx on Monday the Second day of
December in the Twenty fifth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second King of Great Britain & And in
the Year of our Lord 1751

It is Ordered by this Court that the within Named
William Jump< no role > have Notice of this Petition and
Complaint of Mr. John Birch< no role > his Master, Andthat
he and all Parties concerned Do attend this Court on
Friday nextat Ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon then and there to hear and Abide the
Judgment and Determination of this Court touching
the Matters contained in the said Petition
