Singlewoman a Vagrant not having a legal Settlement
in the said Parish of St. Clement Danes was on the 8th
Day of June last found wandering in Labour in the sd.
Parish of St. Clement Danes and being carried to one
of the Parish Nurses of the said Parish was on the
same Day delivered of a male bastard Child as this Depont. has been informed & verily believes by means
whereof the Inhabitants of the said Parish were
Obliged necessarily to Expend the Sum of Two pounds
Six Shillings & two pence for the lying in and maintenance
of the sd. Ann Cherrington< no role > & Child and other incident
