At the General Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday
the twenty third day of May in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the second King of Great Britain Etc

It appearing to this Court by the Report of James Children George Errington< no role > George Garrett< no role >
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > & Thomas Jervin< no role > Esquires being a Quorum of the Committee of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace to whom it was referred by Order of Court to inspect the
account of the moneys claymed to be due toinspectthe Inspectors of the distempered
Cattle in this County for their service, that the said Justices have inspected the said
Account being hereunder specified andtodo find the same to be true, and do
report the several sum due to the respective persons therein named over against
their respective Names amounting together to the sum of forty three pounds and
ten shillings, which account is as [..] followeth

Which respective sums account in the whole to the said sum of fourty three pounds
and ten shillings, This Court doth confirm the said Report, And John Order that
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay unto the said Inspectors respectively
the said respective sums of money above mentioned written over against their
respective Names, And that the receipts of the said Inspectors respectively together with
this Order shall be sufficient discharges to the said Treasurer for such respective
payments,
