for the County of Middx in the General Sessions
of the peace Assembled.

The request of Thos. Hurford< no role > High Constable of
Finsbury Divisions That it may be recomended by
this Court to the Justices of Finsbury Division
in this County to Issue their Precepts to the High
Constable of the Said Division as often as had shall
be to Put. the Lace [..] s in Execution against
Loose Tele And disorderly persons such as are discr
ibed in the Act of Vagarants
Unlawfull Gaming And persons keeping houses
where gaming is Common.
That the quint Privy Yearches be made in the sd:
Division great numbers of Suspicious persons
harbor thare in which are Drove from other parts of
the Town.

That the Watch be duley Kept and regulated
and a [..] to require the said High Constable and
the respect the Constabels & Headbt. from time to time
to [..] the said Justices the haines of persons
offend [..] in [..] the above offences in their
of [..] sessions, or Other Generall Meetings that
proper care may be taken that the Laws be put
in execution against the Persons so Offending
