Gentleman maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on the
twenty first of this Instant Serve the abovenamed Prosecutrix
with a Notice in Waiting purporting that the above Defendant
would Surrender himself as this day and Try his Traverse on
the Indictment preferred against him by her by Delivering
the said Notice to her Servant her now pretended Husband at
the prosecutors Dwelling house in Stomhope Street Clare
Market who promised this Deponent she would deliver the
same to the said Prosecutrix
