The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars
in the said County

Sheweth

That by vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role > and Henry Broadhead< no role >
Esqrs. Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said
County (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Seventh
Day of June last Susan Woodward< no role > Widow of Isaac Woodward< no role >
with their Two Children Vizt. Thomas< no role > Aged near Twelve Years
and Dorothy< no role > Aged near Ten Years were removed & Conveyed
from the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County
to the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars which
by Mistake in the said Order or Pass Warrant is called the Parish
of St. George the Martyr ) as the Place of their last legal
Settlement

Agrieved by the Order of the said Two Justices
of the Peace Appeal to this Court against the
same & humbly pray that your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a Day in this
