Take notice that I will appear at this present General Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden by adjournment at Hicks's Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on friday the Nineteenth
day of this Instant January at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the
same day and will then and there plead Guilty to and confess the
Indictment prefered against me and others by the said Richard
Carbery< no role > for an assault dated this 16th. day of January 1749.
