Know all Men by these Presents That We Peter Torlain< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
Periwigmaker and Elizabeth Torlain< no role > my Wife

have Remised Released ,and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto George Barton< no role > of the
Parish aforesaid Corporal and Sarah Barton< no role > his Wife

their respective Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrels, Controversies,
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said George Barton< no role > and
Sarah Barton< no role > or either of them we or either of us

ever had and which we our respective Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have chaim challenge
on demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing.
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof we have hereunto sett our Hands and Seals
