To the Worshipfull his majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of
the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of st James
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass warrant
or order under the hands and Seals of George
Errington
< no role > and James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. Esquires Two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 2d day of November
1749 Jane Davis< no role > Singlewoman was Removed
from the parish of St. Martin in the fields in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of St James as the Place of her last legal
Settlement when by Your Petitioners
think themselves Aggrieved and appeal to
this Court against the same

Therefore humbly Prays this Court
will appoint a time for hearing
and Determining the said Appeal
and that all persons Concerned
May then Attend

And Your Petrs. shall ever pray
