Middlesex To wit.

At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks's Hall in Saint John
Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the third day of July in the Twenty
third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second
and in the year of our Lord 1749

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Hampstead in this County have Notice of this Petition
and Appeal and that they and all persons concerned do attend this Court
on Wednesdaynext at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon, to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal
