The Information of John Buckworth< no role > Esqr .
taken when me Henry Fielding< no role > Esqr .
one of his Majestys. Justices of the Peace
for the said County this 9th. of May 1749 .

This Informant upon Oath Sayth that a Portin
now produced to him who calls himself John
Martin< no role > did this Evening between the Hours of
Nine and ten feloniously Steal from his Pocket
one Silk Hand kerchief which is now produced before
me, and this Informant says he saw the said John
Martin< no role > drop the said Hand kerchief out of his Hand
which he this Doponent declares on Oath to the his
own Hand kerchief, and was Stolen from him as
above
