Isabella the Wife of John Cates< no role >
of Warwick Street St. James's
Victualler , taken before me this
26th. of April 1749 .

James Whittle< no role > being upon Oath Says that a Silver Tankard
now produced and Shewed to him he says is his property
and was feloniously taken out of his Dwelling house by
a Person now present who calls herself Sarah German< no role >
upon her Own Confession.

Isabella Cates< no role > being upon Oath says, that a Person
now present who calls herself Sarah Gorman< no role > Offerr'd to
Pledge a Silver, Tankard, which Tankard being now
produced and Shewed to her, she says is the Same which
the said Sarah Gorman< no role > brought to this Informt.

26th. day Aprill 1749 .
