Maketh Oath-Saith That the name of
the deced in Eliza. Powar & was House
-maid to the said Ambassader-Saith
that abt. three Months age one Rommadon
Tho passt as Sevetary to the Ambassad or
same from London & abt. Right o' Clock
in the Evening Eat come Victuals &
went to bed, & hearing the deced &

Quarreling he arose
& came into the Kitchen & beg'd them
to be quiet but con'd not prevail &
beat the deced, but not very hard
saith that Rammadon walked abt. the
Kitchin for abt. a Quarter of an hour
Still beging them to be quiet but they
wod. not, upon which he took a pistall
& presented [..] it first to Mary
& then to the deced & said the wod. make
them [..] quiet or he wod. Shoot them as
this Informant beleiver were the words
he used-Mary then went away, but the
deced Giving him bad Language, he
presented the pistoll agt. dead & shot her
