of John Parnell< no role >

William Ambler< no role > of Lincolns Inn London Gentl Solicitor for the Defind. Edmunds in
this Prosecution Maketh oath that on Thursday last being the Sixteenth day of this
Instant February he this Deponent did Leave a the Dwelling house of the
Prosecutor Seituate in Church Lane in the Parish of Saint Mary Maketh in the
County of Middlesex a True Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed Signed by the Edmonds & Marked with the
Letter A. with a boy who samed to this Depont. to have the Care of the Prosecutors
Shop Committed to him And the Deponent further says that the said Boy
(upon this Deponts asking him for the sd Parnell the Prosecutor) giving this Dept.
a Sanely & Impertinent Answer he this Deponent did afterwards on the
same day personally Serve Mr William Moore< no role > the Prosecutors Solicitor in
this Prosecution at his house in Hings head Court in the Parish of Saint Andrews
Holborn in the City of London with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed Signed By this Depont &
marked with the Letter B. and at the same time did inform the sd Mr. Moore.
