assembled at their last General Sessions holden at Hicks hall I write this to
acquaint you thatyou arethey define you to dine there on Thursday next at
two of the clock in the afternoon and after dinner to give an account of your
Robert Smith< no role > & Mathew Broom< no role > out of them prison who were comitted this her on the twelfth day of July
last by Luke Robinson< no role > Esqr . on Oath of Robert Fry< no role > for going about as
Gatherers of Almes under a false pretence of loss by the death of of
Cattle and who appeared to be loose idle disorderly persons and refused
to be examined according to the Statute in that case made, I am
