Rnes has braught his Indictmt for a violent
Assault agst. Gibson Chife, committed the 3d. day
of July last , and Gibson & Carfe have braught their
Indictmt. agst. Rynes under a pretence of his
Assaulting them at the same time, Rynes has
pleaded not Guilty and is now ready for Tryal
but a sd. Willingby have both Indictmts. tryed together
as the affair was an Qutrage committed at true
and the same time and the Defts. Gibson & Wife
will upper condme proofe to be the first
Egressers and altho they were taken on a Bench
Warrant Granted agst. them last Sessions [..]
[..] and were Bailed by Justice Hole Yet they
have not yet appeared or pleaded to Rynes Indict-
mt. therefore please to move that [..] the Tryal
of Rynes may standoff till next Sessions, and untill
they appear and plead, that the whole affair may
come before the Court and Jury in a proper maimds
