Know all men by these Presents that I Martha Bowman< no role >
of Dorset Court in the Parish of Saint Bride otherwise Bridget London
Spinster Have remised released and for ever quit claimed and by these
presents do remise release and for ever quit claim unto Henry
Clerk of Kentish Town [..] the County of Middlesex Esqr. his Heirs
Executors and Administrators and every of them all and all
Manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Actions Suits
arrests prosecutions Debts Dues Duties Reckonings Accompts
Sum and Sums of Money Quarrels Assaults Batteries Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both at Law
and in Equity or otherwise howsoever Which against him the
said Henry Clerk I ever had now have or which I my Heirs
Executors or Administrators can shall or may have claim
challenge or demand for or by Reason or Means of any Act
Matter cause or Thing from the Beginning of the world to the
Day of the Date of these presents In Witness whereof
I the said Martha Bowman< no role > have hereunto set my Hand and
Seals this Seventh Day of September in the twenty first
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland
King Defender of the Faith and soforth and in the year of our
Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Forty Eight .
