First of all John Lavars maketh Oath that he
has a strong suspicion that Sarah Morris< no role > otherwise
Pearcy< no role > & Jane Hutchinson< no role > did Feloniously
steal & take from one Helen Sands< no role > lately in
a night cellar at charing cross a pair of Silver
buckles a gold ring along lawn Apron & a cap
because they confess'd the Fact to this
Informt: when they were apprehended on
suspicion thereof Secondly Rebeccah Richardson< no role >
maketh Oath that Jane Hutchinson< no role > gave her
a pair of Silver buckles to pawn saying they.
were given her upon which she gott two shillings
& afterwards redeem'd them being very same
buckles wch one Helen Sands says were stolen
from her Thirdly Susannah Steel< no role > says she lent
the said Jane Hutchinson< no role > two shillings to
redeem the said buckles & afterwards went
wth her to Mr: Henry Shop in Tothill street
in Westmr. to sell them Fourthly Benjamin

silver buckles of the said Jane Hutchinson< no role >
Fifthly Lewis Henry maketh Oath that
he bought the gold ring wch Helen Sands
says was stolen from her but he does
not remember the face of the woman
who brought is
