Single woman at Mrs: Barnes in
paradise row , in Brook street in the
parish of St: George Hanover square

This Informt: maketh Oath that
on Saturday the 28th day of
May instt : one Frederick Hamilton< no role >
came to her under the pretence
of Marrying her that night, wch
was agreed to by this Informt:
& after some discourse this
Informt: took out of her pocket
a Gold ring a Guinea & Half
or Crown & put the said things
into her lap & presently this Informt:
says upon ther Oath that the
said Frederick Hamilton< no role > did
Feloniously steal take & carry
away against her will & consent
the said Gold ring a Guinea &
Half a crown & run away &
absconded & did not lye in his
lodging that night
