for the County of Middlesex at Hickshall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
on Tuesday the 24th. day of May in 21st. Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by thisChurchwardensCourt that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. James's in the Liberty of Westmr. in this
County have Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that they and all Persons
Concerned do attend this Court on Friday next at ten o Clock in the forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal
