City of London maketh Oath that he this Deponent did
Wednesday last Personally serve Sr. Clifford William
Phillipps< no role > Kt . (the prosecutor in this Cause) with a true Copy of the
Notice hereunto annexed, And this Depont. further saith
that at the time of his Delivering the said Notice the said
Sr. Clifford William Phillipps< no role > Knt . said to this Depont. th [..]
as the Boys had Submitted and made Satisfaction he shall
not appear to give Evidence agst. em and freely consented
that they might be discharged of the above Indictmt.
