At the Session of Oyer and Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for
the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by
adjournment on Tuesday the Nineteenth Day of January in the twenty first
year of the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
[..]

House of Correction .

[..] Convicted [..] upon tryal of an Indictment against him
[..] Solomon Baker< no role > and Jonathan Shepherd< no role > of right Quarts of Wine
is fined for the Said Offence One Shilling to be Estreated, and he is ordered to be
delivered out of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County, and he is
Committed to his Majesty's Goal of Newgate there to be imprisoned for the Space
of four Months now next ensuing.
