for the County St Middlesex at their General Quarter Sessions
of the peace Assembled

The humble petition & appeal of the Church
Wardens & overseers of the poor of the parish
of Christ Church in the Said County

Sheweth

That by Warrant or order under the hands & Seals of Thomas
Quarrill
< no role > and N Dukinfield Esquiers Two of this Majesties
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex (one
being of the quorum) bearing Date the Twelfth day of
august Last past Whereby Mary Clements< no role > Wife of Thos.
Beason Clements
< no role > & their Child Named Joseph< no role > aged about
Three years was removed from the parish of St. Mary
White Chapple. in the Said County to the parish of Christ
Church Middlesex as the place of their Last Legal
Settlement

your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
agrieved by the Warrant or order of the
Said Two Justices of the peace do therefore
humbly appeal to this Court against the
Same praying Such relief in the
premisses as to this Court Shall Seem
Meet
