At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereaign the
King holden for the County of Middlx at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the 7th. day of
September in the twenty first years of the Reign of our
Soveraign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of
Great Britain France & Ireland King defender of the
Faith & soforth And in the year of our Lord 1747.

It is Order'd by this Court that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St James
within the Libty of Westmr. in this County have Notice of this
Petition & Appeal and that they & all Persons concerned do
attend this Court on Thursday nextthe
