Take Notice That I intend to Appear at the next Generall Session of the
Peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in St John Street in & for the County of
Middlesex by Adjournment on Tuesday the Eighth day of September
Instant at Ten of the clock in the forenoon then & there to plead not
guilty to the Indictment by you preferred against me for an Assault
upon you And at the Same time to Try my Traverse upon the same
Indictment Dated the 5th day of September 1747
