Street London maketh Oath That he did on the seventh day of this
instant September serve Mr: Keate who Acts as Sollicitor for the
Prosecutor as this Deponent is informed and verily believes with a Notice in
Writing Purporting That the Defendant had Pleaded to the Indictment a Rea
of Misnomer (to wit) that he was called and known by the Name of Abel Dottin< no role >
and not by the Name of Abel Dutton< no role > as in the Indictment and unless he
Replyed to the said Rea on Wednesday the Nineth day of this instant September
before Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same Day the Court would be
moved that the said Rea might be allowed for want of a Replication by leaving
the said Notice at the said Mr: Keates Dwelling house with Hannah
Lewis
< no role > his Servant Maid as she informed his Deponent she was and
as he this Deponent verily believes her to be
