constitutedappointed and in my place and slead put and by these presents do
make constitute appoint and my place and stead put David Henriques< no role > of New

Stationer my true and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Jointly and severally for me
at the next or any subsequent Quarter Sessions to be held for the said County of
