At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid by adjornment on Saturday the Nineteenth Day of October in
Nineteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King
of Great Britain Etc.

until the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and until
from theme discharged by due course of Law.

John Awkin< no role > indicted by the Name of Hawkins having pleaded Guilty to an
Indictment against him for making an Assault upon Emanuel Darling< no role > is
fined for the Said Offence One Shilling, and he is Committed to New Prison at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be imprisoned until he pay the Said fine,
when delivered to pay his fees 4s.8d.

By adjornment on Tuesday the 15th. of October 1745 .

Thomas Newton< no role > having pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against him for making
an Assault upon Emanuel Darling< no role > Thomas Smith< no role > is fined for the Said
Offence thirteen Shillings and four Pence, and he is Committed to New Prison at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be imprisoned for the Space of three
Months now next ensuing and until he pay the Said Fine, when delivered
to pay his Fees 4s.8d. Afterwards at the Same Session holden by adjornment
on Monday the Second Day of December in the year aforesaid upon Defts. Petition the

time of his Imprisonment limitted till Saturday the 7th.
Day of the Same Month of December , and then to be
discharged paying the Said Fine and Fees.}
