At the Session of Oyer & Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx of Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
the County aforesaid by adjornment on Friday the eighteenth day of October
in the Nineteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second King of Great Britain Etc .

Dudley BroadStreet< no role > This name instance is in set 528. Convicted by Jury upon tryal of as Indictment against
him for keeping a Common Ill-governed and disorderly House is fined for
the Said Offence forty Shillings and he is Committed to New Prison at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be imprisoned for the Space of One
fortnight and until he pay the Said Finewhen delivered to pay
his fees 10s.4d.

Susanna Farmer< no role > Convicted by Jury upon tryal of an Indictment against
her for falely forging and counterfeiting a certain Letter in the Name of
Charles< no role > and causing the Said Letter to be conveyed to Mary Crawley< no role > his
Wife with intent to transport and Cause to be transported the Said Mary
Crawley
< no role > on board Some Ship or Vessell against her Will and against the
Laws of this Realm into parts beyond the Seas, is fined for the Said
Offence forty Pounds and committed to New Prison for Non payment, which
Fine was afterward reduced to One Shilling to be estreatedwhen
delivered to pay her fees

John Taylor< no role > acquitted by Jury upon tryal of an Indictment against him for
wickedly and Seditiously cursing our now Lord the King, is Ordered to be
discharged out of New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County, when
delivered to pay his fees 12s.8d.
