Middlesex to wit


Daniel Bean< no role > of Batowyns Gardens, in the Parish of St Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
Striff Weaver is found to our Sovereign Lord the King in Recognizance40

Upon condition that he the said Daniel Bean< no role > do personally appear at the Quarter Sessions
of the Peace to be hohen at Guild Hall in and for the City of London and do then and there prefer or
cause to be preferd a bill of Indictment against James Page< no role > for violently assaulting him in the
Street in Cheapside , knocking him down and forceably takeing from him, thirteen pence half penny
or fourteen pence, and if the said Bill of Indictment that be found to be a true Bill, and so returned,
by the Grand Jury, that then he the said Daniel Bean< no role > do personally appear at the next General Sessions
of Jayle Delivery of Newgate to be holden for the City of London and do then and there prosecute and
give Evidence against James Page< no role > upon the said Indictment, then this Recognizance to be void. Etc
