Maketh Oath and Saith That the Cause of her Sd. husbands
not going on to Tryall in this Cause this Psent Sessions
was Occasioned by a Sudden Illness that Seared on her Said
husband in the Night of the Twenty Ninth Day of
December last which said Illness Seared him with
Such a Violent pain in his head and in all parks of
his body as he then complained, & wch. said pains to
contained that it threw him into a Violent Feaver
so that from Tuesday Evening the third day of Janry.
Instant untill Wednesday last he was not any ways
Sensible so as to understand what any person Said to him
or to give any answer So as to be be understood [..] by
any person what he Said to them, and further Saith
that during all the time from the third day of Janry.
Instant to Wednesday last as aforesaid the this dept.
did expect no other then that her Said husband
would have died & that at this present time he
continues So Very Ille as not to be able any ways to
helps himself or to come out of his room without
indangering his Life as this Dept. is well asured and
Vereyly beleives
