[..] Keate Sollicitor for the Deft. in this Cause maketh Oath that he this
[..] onent did about Saturday last was lewnight go to Mr. Moore Sollr. for the
[..] secutrix in this Cause at his house in King's head Court Holborn & askto
[..] imish would cause at the Depondant Should Traverse & Tryter Indictment
in this Cause this present Sessions to which the sd. Mr. Moor made answer
that he was obliged to attend the former part of the said Sessions at Maidstone
in Kent or Sessions Business in that County but should be in London about
fryday. following and would receive a Notice for Trying the Traverse in this
Cause for Saturday & accordingly to this Deponent did on Wednesday last
Law with the said Mr. Moore's wife at his house aforesaid a true copy
of the notice unto annexed which Sd. Moore Since acknowledged the
Receit of the sd. Notice & told this Deponent that Mr. Theed would be conw [..]
on the Tryall for the Prosecutirx And this Deponent further Saith that
the Deponent in order for her Defence has taken out her Wnire
Subpoenaed her Witnesses & Food her Councill.
