At the General Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid on Monday the fifth Day of December
in the eleventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in this County have
Notice of this Appeale, And that they and all Partys concerned do attend
this Court on Thursdaynext at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeale.
