King holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John
street in the County aforesaid on Monday the fifth day of
December in the eleventh year of the reign of our sovereign
Lord George theKingsecond King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named Elizabeth
Herring< no role > have notice of this petition, and that she & all persons
concerned do attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the
clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the matters contained in
the said Petition,
