his maties Justices of the Peace for this County for the
appearance of one Daniel Hammond< no role > at the then next
Generall Quarter session to be holden for this County to answer the
Complaint of the Church wardens and Overseers of Fulham
for begetting one Manwaring Harlow< no role > with Child and
that [..] about Two months agoe the said Daniel
Hammond< no role > Died and this Depont. at that time Did see
the said Daniel Hammond< no role > when Dead and this Depont.
furthersaith That the said [..]
Manwaring Harlow is since Delivered and that
the Child of which she was Delivered Died about a week
after its Birth as this Depont. hath heard and beleives
