For a Misdemeanour for Exerciseing
his Trade on the Sabbath Day

Take Notice that I will Appear at the Sessions of
Peace to be held at Hickses Hall in St: Johns Street
in and for the County of Middlesex (by Adjournment)
on Wednesday next being the fourteenth day of this
Instant Septembr. at Ten of the Clock in ye fore
noon, and will then and there plead Guilty to the
Inditcment by you Prefered against me, at the
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace held afor
the said County in July last past, for the Offence
and Misdemeanour abovementioned Dated this
Twelfth day of Septembr 1737
