At the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace of our Sovereigne
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Monday the
Eleventh day of October in the Tenth year of the reigne of our
Sovereigne Lord George the Second King of Great Brittain Etc

It is ordered by the Court that the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Luke in this County have notice of this Peticon and Appeal
and that they and all other Persons Concerned do attend this Court on
Wednesday next by Nine of the Cleck in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
